Director, Operations
Lisa has been with Penfield Search Partners since its inception. She is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including onboarding new personnel, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and tracking and managing financial accounts. Her prior professional experience included human resources roles in compensation and benefits analysis. Lisa has been a key participant in the launch of Penfield Search and supports all administrative duties across the company.
