In 1992 he transitioned to Smith Hanley Associates LLC from Davis & Company. Over the span of twenty years, Andy meticulously built their global insurance practice into a nationally recognized recruitment leader. In May 2012, Andy, alongside colleagues Karen McCorkindale and Sean de Groot, took the entrepreneurial leap and founded Penfield Search Partners LLC. Founding the company on their shared principals of excellence, niche focus, and integrity in recruiting.
